Salam brothers and sisters,

The BOT (the board of trustees) and the EC (executive committee) are pleased to invite you to attend the ICM General Body Meeting on Saturday March 26th, 5:30PM at the masjid;

Let’s briefly share with you the duties for both the BOT and the EC to be familiar;

The BOT duties:
fund raising, parking logistics, hiring Imam, graveyard, and IRS issues;

The EC duties:
maintaining the masjid in every aspect such as cleaning, lights, plumbing, heating, cooling, restrooms, etc, directing and coordinating all activities, controlling funds and expenses, managing all social activities such Eid prayers, picnics, and helping needy families and individuals from both the Zakat and the Sadqa funds;

The community would have the opportunity to raise thier concerns, share thier suggestions, and ask questions for both the BOT and the EC in order to serve the community better;

Since this is a business meeting, no kids are allowed to come to the masjid during the meeting to focus on the issues without any distractions.
